system working principle
GDS-DL23 gas distribution core components adopt gas mass flow controller to control gas mass flow in real time, and adopt automatic micro-injection liquid solvent gas generator, and realize full automation of gas distribution process to realize dilution configuration of standard gas. Liquid organic solvents are liquids at room temperature and have strong volatility. The organic solvent is transported by the automatic quantitative injection system of GDS-DL23, heated to the set temperature, and vaporized into a mixed gas with high concentration under the action of constant flow carrier gas. The mixed gas with high concentration is mixed with diluent gas to prepare various mixed standard gases with low concentration required. The system can be configured with a variety of standard gases and organic solvent gases mixed standard gas.
